I was honored by lots of friends 
who gave me the sexy blogger award.
I appreciate their kindness, 
but I feel that I am going to disappoint everyone.
  

As a recipient of the award, 
I am suppose to name the people who gave it to me,
name people that I think are sexy
& 
tell 7 things about myself.

As most of you know, 
I don't participate in most blog games.
The main reason is because my blog
is more focused on my life, thoughts and such,
and I stay pretty busy with just that.
However, my reasons for not participating 
in blog games extend beyond that issue.

After I was involved in a horrible car accident,
I met a man in the blogs named Sensualtung4u2.
He reached out to me in the blogs, 
shared his friendship with me
&
helped me through the trauma.

His real name is Tommy, and he is a paraplegic.
When he was 17, he, his cousin and friends
were out drinking & driving one night
when they were involved in a terrible auto accident.
His cousin was killed, 
and Tommy was paralyzed for life
even though he had never enjoyed sex.

He lives in a nursing home in Texas
&
has never had the pleasure of enjoying 
an adult life like most of us.
He was a wonderful blog friend to me 
and many others on the site.
The blogs brightened his days & nights...
the same that he brightened ours.

He was so well liked 
that he was nominated for an award in a contest.
He did not receive more than a handful of votes
because he was up against some sexy competition,
and he was totally crushed!
    

It made me realize that for every person 
who receives special recognition,
that there is at least one person
who is hurt because they didn't receive the same.

For me, I have lots of sexy friends, 
but not all of my friends have sexy bodies.
Some of them have sexy minds.
I think most people are sexy in some special way... 
it is unique to each individual.
  

Based on my feelings about this, 
I want to honor only one blogger 
even though many of you deserve it.
I am going to give Tommy the sexy blogger award
even though he is no longer active on the site.

While trying to decide who should be honored,
I debated between Tommy & Bad_Assed_Witch,
a former top blogger.

It was a close call, but Tommy won,
& 
I think Bad_Assed_Witch
would agree that he deserves it.
  

I hope that I do not hurt any ones feelings with my post,
&
I am NOT discouraging others 
from participating in fun blog games. 
Many people enjoy them.
The blogs need variety 
& 
just because I generally shy away them, 
doesn't mean that I expect others to do the same.
